Experience:

• Experience working with diverse communities, understanding social needs, and aligning them with educational qualifications.
• Familiarity with social policies, social inclusion initiatives, and strategies for improving access to social needs.
• Previous involvement in projects related to workforce development, skills training, or vocational programs.

Job description:

• Review of Social Impact Assessment (SIA), Settlement Action Plan (SAP), Land Acquisition Plan (LAP) etc.
• Analyze and assess the social impact and propose improvements.
• Design and lead initiatives to promote social inclusion in the project.
• Review and finalize social management plan submitted by the contractors.

• Assist PMC in stakeholder engagement and consultation.

• Support PMC for establishment of Grievance redress mechanism during project execution.

• Monitoring the implementation of the SMP, ensuring compliance with social safeguard policies and commitments.
• Prepare reports and necessary documents from time to time for submission to development partner, stakeholders Etc.

Job Status:Contractual/Full Time

Job Location: Dhaka, anywhere in Bangladesh.
