- Must have adequate practical knowledge in High-rise Residential/ Commercial Building (with 2/3 Basement) Plumbing and design monitoring work.
- Must have excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Able to work under pressure and in complex situations.
- Should be honest, dynamic, hardworking & proactive.
- Computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, Auto-CAD etc.)
Responsibilities & Context
- The chosen candidate will be responsible for plumbing work design monitoring, budgeting, organization, implementation and scheduling of the projects.
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems, including water supply, drainage, sewage, and gas systems·
- Troubleshooting plumbing issues, diagnose problems, and develop effective solutions.
- Lead, supervise, and manage a team of plumbers and ensuring their performance.
- Having practical worked knowledge on paperwork, site management, labor management, materials and construction
