Responsibilities & Context

KCCR (Kaalmegha Country Club & Resort) is a resort outside of Dhaka that offers visitors accommodation and food services. An accountant/ Cashier is required to receive cash from the guests and make payments for various expenses at the resort, including the daily bazaar.

Job Location: Mawna, Gazipur.

Workplace: Work at the resort. Required to live at the resort.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive bill payments from guests.
  • Manage petty cash and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Oversee daily cash flow and reconcile bank transactions.
  • Prepare daily bazaar demands to support procurement.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive sales reports (Daily, Monthly and Yearly)
  • Collaborate with management to create and implement budgets.
