• Sets up and operates blow molding machine to mold plastic products according to specifications
• Removes workpiece from the mold after timing device opens mold and trims excess material from the workpiece, using knife or bandsaw
• May weigh completed workpiece to determine the accuracy of machine operation

We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join this team in the role of Operator (Plastic Molding Machine) for Bashundhara Chemical Industries Limited, BIEZL, Mirsharai, Chattogram.

• Sets up and operates Blow Molding Machines and Injection Molding Machines to cast products from thermoplastic materials: Installs dies on the machine, according to work order specifications, using clamps, bolts, and hand tools
• Sets machine controls, regulating molding temperature, volume of plastic, molding pressure and time, according to knowledge of plastics and molding procedures
• Load and unload premixed plastic granules into the hopper and start the machine
• Operate Machine by PLC display
• Removes finished product from dies, using hand tools
• Trims excess material from parts, using the knife
• May mix thermoplastic materials and coloring pigments in a mixing machine, according to the formula
• May grind scrap plastic into granules for reuse
• Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of machines
• Keep accurate records of production
• Ability to read and interpret instructions and specifications
• Ability to use hand tools and basic measuring instruments
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
• Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination
• Perform any other duties assigned by the superior.
