Responsibilities & Context
Centre for Community Development Assistance (CCDA) is a leading nation level NGO engaged in socio-economic development since 1990 with financial support from PKSF and other financial institutions. CCDA intend to shortlisted project staff for upcoming/anticipated project from qualified Bangladeshi candidates in the position for different project including livelihoods, migration, legal aid project.

Job Location: Chandpur (with extensive field visits)
Key Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to):
- Provide leadership in designing, planning, and managing the financial aspects of the Migration, livelihoods, and legal Aid projects.
- Offer coordination support to teams and donors to ensure effective project implementation.
- Develop the capacity of staff, partners, stakeholders, and communities to safeguard.
- Contribute to project cycle management, monitoring and evaluation, and the development of fundraising strategies.
