Additional Requirements

Monitor and manage all inward and outward banking transactions on a daily basis to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
Maintain and organize financial vouchers, ensuring all entries are properly recorded and documented daily.
Manage and oversee the petty cash fund, including disbursing cash for small expenses and maintaining accurate records of transactions.
Prepare and compile monthly reports to Bangladesh Bank and FDI (Foreign Direct Investment), ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.
Generate detailed monthly reports for each customer, summarizing transactions and financial activities.
Send Statements of Account (SOA) to local and overseas clients, monthly or fortnightly as required.
Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure all bank statements match the company’s financial records and resolve any discrepancies.
Process and record daily inward remittance transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
Monitor and follow up on daily sales reports, analyzing data to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management to support the overall operations of the company.
