Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Industrial/Civil), Construction Management, or a related field.

Experience

Additional Requirements

PMP Certification (preferred). At least 6 to 7 years of experience as a Project Manager in the engineering and construction sector.
Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time, within budget, and to specification.
Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to lead and motivate a team.
Proficient in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Report writing and presentation skills using best available tools.

Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, defining project goals, objectives, and deliverables.
Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor services.
Coordinate and manage all phases of construction projects, including pre-construction, construction, and post-construction phases.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure quality control.
Manage and lead a team of engineers, construction workers, and subcontractors.
Facilitate clear communication and collaboration between all project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
Prepare and deliver project status reports to keep stakeholders informed.
Identify and implement cost-saving measures while maintaining project quality.
Manage project documentation and ensure accurate record-keeping
