Responsibilities & Context
- Install and commission of plant machinery and equipment.
- Ensure smooth operation of completing preventive periodical maintenance.
- Diagnose breakdown problems and keep machine breakdown time to meet the departmental objectives.
- Carry out quality inspection of newly received spare parts.
- Supervision of utilities equipment according to the SOP.
- Design and execution of process development, project or plant.
- Prepare departmental budget and monitor expenditure related to maintenance and developing factories by maintaining KPI target.
- Maintain optimal inventory management of materials and spares by coordinating with the store and procurement department.
