Responsibilities & Context

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for converting leads into customers, soliciting sales over the phone, and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Conversion: Convert leads into customers in the local market through effective telephonic communication.
  • Sales Solicitation: Contact businesses by telephone to solicit sales for our software services.
  • Persuasion Skills: Persuade potential customers to purchase our services by highlighting benefits and addressing any concerns.
  • Contact Information Collection: Obtain new contact names, telephone numbers, and email addresses of prospects from direct calls and other sources such as websites.
  • Pre-Call Planning: Conduct pre-call planning and research to perform opportunity identification and need analysis.
  • Database Management: Record and maintain reactions of prospects contacted into the database.
  • Call Logging: Maintain a detailed call log and ensure timely follow-up with prospects.
  • Reporting: Report to the assigned person on a daily basis with updates on calls made, leads generated, and sales closed.
  • Customer Feedback: Gather and document customer feedback to inform product development and service improvement.
  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of BSD’s products and services to effectively communicate their value to potential customers.
  • CRM Utilization: Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to track and manage leads and sales activities.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine sales strategies and approaches.
  • Professional Development: Continuously update skills and knowledge through training sessions and industry research.
  • Compliance: Adhere to company policies, ethical practices, and legal regulations during all interactions.
