Must received the degree from a reputed Agricultural Institution.
Should have 5 years of practical job experience from any renowned organization.
Must have the experience on Fruits and Vegetables production in commercial scale for at least 3 years.

To develop and implement farm management plan.
To manage cultivation of agricultural products such as vegetables, fruits etc.
Increase the production of land by using modern organic agricultural technology.
To diagnose of plant diseases and take initiative to proper treatment of diseased plants.
Take necessary steps for pest control.
To ensure sufficient fertilizing resources.
To ensure irrigating solution for crops.
To ensure harvest the crops at the right time of maturity.
To maintain farming equipment.
Keep records of farm activities.
Evaluate soil and water conditions for crops cultivation.
Regular Communication with farmers, agro-entrepreneur, local GO, NGO and private sector.
Ensure compliance with government regulations related to farm activities.
Submit regular reports to the management authority.
Any other duties assigned by the management.
