Responsibilities & Context
We are looking for a competent Officer in Counter.·
- Greet and assist visa applicants professionally.
- Applicant counselling (Inquiry)
- Handle the quires about Thailand visa
- Put the collected information in a digital system (Submission)·
- Scanning passport and vaf,·
- Quality Check (QC) Passport Delivery·
- Maintain confidentiality and handle documents securely.
- Ensure compliance with center policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Back-office support·
- Phone call to applicant to contact number verify·
- Any other job assigned by Top management.
