Job Context: Weโre looking for a results-driven Sales Representative with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects with sincerity, dedication, and professionalism.

- Look for sales chances and understand what customers need.
- Proficiency in managing customers over inbound or outbound calls is mandatory.
- Maintain relationships with customers via Facebook page messages and emails.
- Maintain good professional relationships with customers and ensure satisfaction to the highest level.
- Maintain records and other documentation and up-to-date Daily and monthly reports of sales.
- Quickly solve customer complaints and pass on important issues to the right staff.
- Cooperate with colleagues and ensure fast support to customers with the highest level of professionalism.
- Set up a positive mind for any other tasks assigned by the management from time to time.
- Review your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
