Responsibilities & Context

• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems, networks.
• Able to solve any kind of hardware/software, windows program problem.
• Provide IT supports for desktop, laptop & also require troubleshoot all IT
• Equipment. Router, switch and firewall. Back office and server
• maintenance.
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems,
• networks, printers, and scanners. Assist IT Administrator by managing
• and updating inventory of IT equipment.
• Design, specify, configure, and install analog and digital CCTV systems.
• Experience working on IP Camera’s.
• Maintain and upgrade existing analog and digital CCTV systems as
• needed. Support users of CCTV system.
• Troubleshoot cameras, DVRs, NVRs, computers, peripherals, and other
• hardware. Installed of different types of CCTV cameras as per drawing
• diagrams.
• Knowledge of multiple types of CCTV systems, PABX System, Sound
• system & Cabling. Should have good communication skills both in Bangla
• & English.
• Configure AD, Linux OS and ensure daily backup all server.
