The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Land Development & Real Estate.
At least 15 to 20 years of experience of Land Development Company.
Must have sufficient knowledge on land purchase & land management.
Must have effective leadership quality to lead and direct the subordinate staffs.
Capable of solving land related issues and maintaining effective liaison with various stake holders.
Adequate qualification and knowledge of land issues to assist the management authority and suggest probable course of action / future plan.
Retired Assistant Commissioner Land / Settlement Officer / Revenue Deputy Collector / Additional District Commissioner (Revenue) will be given preference.
Knowledge of land management software will be preferable.

we are looking for an executive director land , who will handle land purchase and land management of CRDL . capable of solving land – related issues. Also well known of land documents.

Job Description:

Identification of suitable lands to be purchased and the implementation of the project.
Good communication and negotiation skills with the land owners and brokers .
Documents verification land purchase for new land.
To be able to Maintain and develop strong relationships with Govt. offices such as the civil court, union land office, AC land office, Surveyor office, Settlement office, Registration office, DC office and other stakeholders.
Regular update of existing land documents such as mutation and taxation.
Any other relevant task as assigned by management.
