Responsibilities & Context

Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services

Ensure the maintenance of proper Communication Channel with ISHO customers regarding product delivery

Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle

Liaise with the Production Team and Sales Team for the smooth execution of ISHO’s product delivery efforts

Keep track of quality, quantity, stocks, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency

Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes, and process shipments of products to the customer

Resolve any arising problems or complaints regarding the delivery of goods

Supervise, coach, and train Delivery/ Warehouse workforce

Meet cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets

Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements

Comply with laws, regulations, and ISO requirements
