Additional Requirements

12-15 years of experience in garment manufacturing, including roles in production management, or quality control and finishing processes.
Deep understanding of fabric types, garment construction, and finishing processes.
Quality Control & Assurance SOP development.
Strong communication skills to interact with internal teams, and customers.

The applicants must have the necessary technical knowledge of knit products.
Understand production processes of knit products, conduct an inline inspection, production monitoring, and pre-final and final inspection.
Develop and implement quality SOPs (Guidelines), policies, and procedures to ensure product quality and consistency.
Oversee the quality assurance processes to ensure that all products meet the required specifications and standards before they reach the market.
Provide a report related to Quality issues with comprehensive analysis and action plans.
Conduct root cause analysis for any quality issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Address customer complaints and issues related to product quality promptly and effectively.
Implement corrective actions and communicate solutions to customers.
Oversee the acquisition and maintenance of necessary certifications such as ISO, and others relevant to the RMG industry.
10, Lead and develop the quality team, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the organization.
Provide training to staff on quality standards, processes, and best practices.
Ensure that all employees understand their role in maintaining product quality.
