Responsibilities & Context
Job Context:
The ideal candidate who will be selected for the position mentioned above will be responsible for proactively handling Commercial (Export) related activities of the Group.
Job Responsibilities:
- Leading/ working in the Export Team of the Group.
- Ensuring that all export-related documents are prepared on time.
- Communicating with Shipping Line/Forwarding Agents and other organizations related to export documentation.
- Archiving and filling up all necessary Export and LC documents as and when required.
- Preparing all the necessary documents for the Banks after receiving the Bank Intimation.
- Performing shipment-related general correspondence with Factory Concerns, Buyers, Freight Forwarders, C&F agents and Bank Officers.
- Following up each LC application with the banks and handing over every necessary document to the UD department.
- Preparing the Export Statements.
- Maintaining good relations with all government institutions.
- Any other tasks assigned by the management.
