Guide students through the application process for universities, including document preparation, submission, and follow-ups.
Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to understand students’ academic and career aspirations and provide appropriate advice.
Organize and participate in seminars, workshops, and fairs to promote educational opportunities and Optimus Global Bangladesh services.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of educational trends, university programs, and scholarship opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions and other relevant stakeholders.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.
