• Strong understanding of the educational consultancy industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office, G-Suite, and CRM software.

Responsibilities & Context

• Develop and execute a comprehensive business development plan to achieve enrollment targets for PTE, IELTS and spoken English courses.
• Identify and target potential student segments through market research and competitor analysis.
• Conduct outreach activities such as attending education fairs, visiting schools and universities, and organizing workshops.
• Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including schools, universities, agents, and corporate partners.
• Develop and deliver presentations on PTE, IELTS and spoken English programs to generate interest.
• Manage and qualify leads generated through various channels.
• Negotiate and close enrollment deals with prospective students.
• Monitor and analyze student enrollment trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Contribute to the development and marketing of new IELTS, PTE and spoken English programs.
• Maintain accurate records of all business development activities and report on progress regularly.
