Quality Management System (QMS):
- Develop, implement, and maintain QMS in compliance with standards and company policies.
- Ensure all manufacturing and assembly processes adhere to QMS requirements.
Process Control and Improvement:
- Monitor and analyze quality performance data from various shops.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance product quality and efficiency.
- Conduct root cause analysis and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Quality Engineering:
- New Model implementation and evaluation.
- Project Management from QE perspective.
- Validate processes during manufacturing and assembly projects.
- Develop and maintain Quality Control Process Check sheets (QCPC).
- Implement procedures for managing abnormalities and defective products.
Inspection and Testing:
- Oversee inspection and testing activities to ensure products meet quality standards.
- Establish and enforce inspection criteria and procedures for incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products.
- Ensure proper validation, calibration, and maintenance of inspection equipment.
Leadership and Training:
- Lead and mentor the quality team, providing guidance and support.
- Develop and deliver training programs on quality control processes, standards, and best practices.
- Foster a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and safety standards.
- Present quality reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and trends.
- Maintain accurate records of quality-related activities.
