Requirements

Responsibilities & Context

  • Job Summary: MSS is looking for a highly proactive and skilled professional to recruit as Senior Manager (HR & Admin) who is capable of drafting HR communication materials both in Bangla & English independently. Also have to be good in managing activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, disciplinary matters, policy, process & SOP development, performance management and administrative issues. This position is reportable to Head of HR and Admin department.
  • Must be able to preparing office correspondence like notes, office memos, notices, reports, MoUs, deeds & agreement documents in Bangla & English independently.
  • Must be able to update and develop proper job descriptions for all positions independently.
  • Must have experience in developing human resources policies, programs, SOPs and ensure practices accordingly.
  • Must have experience in meeting coordination (AGM, EC, FC, SMC & Other), prepare agendas, meeting notice and taking minutes of meetings.
  • Must be able to ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource requirements, conducting investigations, prepare investigation reports, maintaining records, and representing the organization at hearings.
  • Should be able to execute, monitor and manage HR related work which includes recruiting, testing, and interviewing; counseling management on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; and recommending changes.
  • Should be able to supervise and monitor personnel function like promotions, disciplinary actions, terminations and separation benefits settlement etc.
  • Should have expertise in maintaining relation with regulatory authorities (MRA, PKSF, NGOAB, Joint Stock, NBR, BB), law enforcement and government agencies and documentation of legal matters.
  • Should be able to liaising with the Legal Advisor for statutory and legal issues relating to employment terms and conditions of staff.
  • Carry out any other jobs time to time as assigned by Head of department/Management.
  • Develop and review HR Manuals for the organization and ensure its implementation.

Compensation & Other Benefits

  • After confirmation: BDT 50,000 – 60,000 per month (negotiable during the probation period).
  • T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Medical allowance, Contributory Provident fund, Gratuity, Two festival bonuses in a year, yearly increment, special “Staff Welfare Fund” to cover health expenses for self and family. The death benefit from a Special “Staff Welfare Fund”. Stipend facility for meritorious children.
