Responsibilities & Context
- Daily Analysis (Raw material & Finish goods)
- Determine equipment, chemicals and reagent requirements for raw material and finished feed analysis for lab.
- Look after the work process of QC Store, QC Production.
- Receiving sample of currently received raw materials, stored materials and finished products.
- Conduct all proximate analysis of finished feeds daily and report to respective management.
- Prepare all necessary Re-agent & Solutions accordingly.
- Operate NIR to check RM & Finished Goods quality instantly.
- Conduct analysis of all consignment of raw materials received as well as weekly analysis of main raw materials in storage and provide these reports to management.
- Maintain record book of all analytical activities.
- Any other duties to be assigned from the management time to time
