Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management

Preference will be given to candidates with a Post Graduate Diploma in HRM.

Responsibilities & Context

Training and Development:

The Assistant Manager of Human Resources and Training is responsible for aiding employees in designing, developing, and delivering learning and development programs that enhance their skills, knowledge, and capabilities.

Actively engage in identifying key challenges that can be addressed through training and development initiatives.

Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify training and development requirements across all departments within the company.

Collaborate with departments to create training programs and ensure the effective implementation of development plans based on TNA results, delivering measurable outcomes.

Organize training materials and oversee training programs within the allocated annual budget, maintaining records for all employee training and development activities.

Monitor the execution of Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual training plans for assigned departments.

Track and evaluate the progress of trainees and interns through training modules, providing feedback to senior management.

Plan and deliver engaging training sessions to enhance the skills of staff members.

Coordinate both internal and external learning and development programs.

Ensure compliance with recruitment checks and mandatory staff training programs such as Brand Orientation and Induction.

Collaborate with employees to understand their career development needs and provide support for their initiatives.

Foster a workplace culture aligned with the brand’s values by regularly conducting management skills training.

Human Resources Management:

Lead and participate in recruitment strategy efforts, including career fairs and talks as required.

Ensure all employee performance evaluations are based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Ensure minutes of Head of Department (HOD) meetings are documented and distributed as required.

Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and assist in organizing events such as anniversaries, national/international days, games, employee nights, picnics, cultural programs, iftar parties, and external training visits.

Assist department heads and above in setting performance expectations and conducting performance reviews.

Manage and maintain HR records, personal profiles, and training and development records for employees at all levels.
