Responsibilities & Context

Job Context: Atlantic Traders is an International Freight Forwarder, C & F Agent, Importer & Exporter.

 

Job Responsibility:

  • Must have experience in Accounts Software related work such as data posting .
  • Ensure daily accounting transactions are being properly done.
  • Maintain cash transactions and keep records.
  • Check all kinds of bill & Voucher.
  • Prepare and posting of all types of Vouchers.
  • Petty Cash monitoring and disbursement.
  • Updating the books of accounts on a regular basis.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Software.
  • Typing skill in both Bangla and English.
  • To carry out any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the management.
  • Update the record of all forms as necessary.
  • Prepare, examine and analyze bills/invoices, vouchers, accounts receivables, accounts payable, accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy.
