Responsibilities & Context
Job Summary:
K report is a sister concern of Apex DMIT Limited.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare customized meal plans for Honorable directors based on their preferences, specifications, and dietary needs.
- Introduce new menu items and update the existing menu.
- Plan for meal ingredients and ensure the availability of necessary kitchen tools and equipment.
- Prepare meals in accordance with food health and safety regulations.
- Cook and monitor all cooking-related activities.
- Clean and sanitize work areas before and after meal preparation.
Qualifications:
- Must be experienced in Resort/Hotel Industry/Catering Industry.
- Having Diploma in Hotel Management will provide an added advantage.
- Comprehensive knowledge of food and catering trends with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation.
- Knowledge of food and hygiene regulations.
