Responsibilities & Context
- Responsible for organizing meetings and appointments, taking notes, confirming appointments, emailing, texts etc.
- Provide administrative support to the Honorable Managing director (correspondence, travel arrangements, appointments, receipts/reimbursement requests, etc.).
- Act as the point of contact between Honorable Managing Director and internal teams/external clients.
- Prepare excel reports and power point presentations accordingly.
- File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners.
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Liaising with employees and Chairman Office.
- Communications with others as per instruction.
- Responsible for duties outlined below as well as other duties as and when assigned.
