Position Overview
As a Town Planner, you will play a critical role in planning and overseeing our development projects. You will work closely with our design, construction, and project management teams to ensure our projects are well-planned, compliant with regulations, and meet the needs of the communities we serve.
Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive town planning strategies and frameworks.
- Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies.
- Prepare and submit planning applications.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with local, government, and Rajuk’s rules and regulations.
- Engage with community members and local authorities.
- Monitor and report on project progress.
- Provide expert advice on urban design, land use, and sustainability.
