Responsibilities & Context
1. Overall monitoring and supervision of staff activities of store.
2. Co-ordination with store & delivery personnel, production team, quality & others assign department.
3.Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock availability.
4.Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
5.Implement inventory control measures to minimize shrinkage and losses.
6.Optimize storage space and layout for efficient picking, packing, and shipping operations.
7. Manage relationships with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and resolve issues promptly.
8.Daily finish goods, raw materials & Production materials (Paper, starch powder, Chemical, Stationary, Electrical, Hardware & Spare parts) Issue & receiving follow up.
9. Receiving follow up all Materials as per Challan, L C & Commercial Invoice.
10. Giving solution about problematic items by the discussion with concern department.
11. Keeping all kind of record – hard copy, documents with nice arrangement.
12. Lead and support store staff, fostering a productive and collaborative work environment.
