Experience
- At least 7 years
Additional Requirements
- At least seven years of senior experience in developing contents and facilitation on Organization and Program Sustainability Planning.
- Solid understanding of Bangladeshi NGOs, their limitations and challenges.
- Preferably has exposure to USAID rules and regulations.
- All round experiences in OD, PM, and sustainability issues in Bangladesh context.
- Solid understanding and experience in content development and TOT.
