Responsibilities & Context

Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media, providing accurate and timely information about our products and services.

Social Media Management: Log into our social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) and respond to direct messages from customers.

Website Management: Access the back end of our website to find and respond to customer inquiries submitted through the “Contact Us” section.

Issue Resolution: Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Order Management: Assist customers with the order process, including pre-sale inquiries and post-sale support.

Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and relay it to the management team for continuous improvement.

Ad Verification: Double-check all advertisements and marketing materials for accuracy and cultural relevance.

Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product details, company policies, and industry trends to provide informed support.

Requirements:

Language Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Bengali is required.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.

Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and professionalism.

Cultural Sensitivity: Awareness of and respect for cultural differences, particularly in the Bangladeshi context.
