Job Description: We are looking for multiple passionate and proactive Entry-Level Full-Stack Software engineers to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of both backend (Node.js) and front-end (React Native) technologies, DevOps principles, automation, documentation, and reverse engineering of code. This role offers an excellent opportunity to grow and develop your skills in a collaborative and innovative environment.

Note: We will be onboarding candidates with mixed profile i.e. having understanding on both backend and frontend.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain scalable and robust Frontend or Backend systems and APIs.
Collaborate among team members (frontend, backend, database etc.) with an ONE TEAM development approach.
Propose, implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment and testing.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Assist in reverse engineering existing code to understand and improve our legacy systems and produce industry standard documentations.
Contribute to the design and architecture of new features and services.
Analyse existing data models and data sets available, propose algorithms to derive analytical data to support operational insight.
Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge with the team.
Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all code and processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong understanding of Node.js and/or React Native platforms.
Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript based web developments.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, etc.
Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git).
Ability to reverse engineer and analyze existing code.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with 3rd Part APIs, mainly Google Cloud, Google Maps, Stripe and Other Payment Gateways.
Understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
The candidate owns a workstation/laptop suitable to execute the job function and is able to work in “Bring Your Own Device (BYOD)” mode.
