We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Assistant Manager/Sr. Executive to join our Marketing Operations team.
- Assist in developing comprehensive marketing plans for new and ongoing land development projects.
- Highly knowledgeable on Land/ Real Estate business and present market scenario.
- Ability to take challenge to achieve the sales target.
- Should have positive mindset to achieve target monthly, quarterly & yearly strategic marketing plan
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify target audiences and marketing trends.
- Manage and oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (print, digital, social media, events).
- Coordinate with creative agencies and vendors to ensure brand consistency and project deadlines are met.
- Develop and manage marketing collateral (brochures, website content, presentations).
- Track and analyze marketing campaign performance using data analytics tools.
- Generate reports and identify areas for improvement.
- Able to communicate with wide network of different professionals/ business men and look for prospective customers.
- To look after customer queries with satisfaction and relationship develop.
- Manage and optimize the company’s website and social media presence.
- Assist with trade shows, events, and public relations activities.
- Provide support to the sales team with marketing materials and presentations.
- Any other task assigned by Management.
