Responsibilities & Context
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced embedded systems engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in embedded software development, power electronics control design, and a strong background in both hardware and software aspects of embedded systems.
Design and develop embedded software in C/C++ for several processor platforms, including 8-bit microcontrollers (TI, STMicroelectronics, Microchip), TI C28xx DSPs, and 32-bit ARM chips.
- Design and develop and refine embedded control algorithms for power electronics systems.
- Design and integrate wireless, mesh, and wired communication platforms for IoT applications.
- Use machine learning methods to integrate and mine data from IoT back-end systems.
- Manage Linux/Windows servers, Docker containers, and virtualization technologies like LXC and QEMU.
- Implement EDA tools to design electronic systems, including specification formulation, schematic capture, PCB layout, manufacture, and test.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IoT devices with backend systems.
- Use cloud platforms like AWS and GCP for IoT solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest IoT trends and technologies to provide innovative solutions.
