Additional Requirements

  • Age 25 to 35 years
  • Minimum 2+ years’ experience in health service provider’s call center will get preference.
  • Having knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare regulations will get preference.
  • Must be energetic, smart, hardworking & able to convince others.
  • Proactive, Innovative and capable to work under pressure.
  • Good proficiency in English or an IELTS band score 5.5 or over will get preference.
  • Must have good computer literacy, good command in internet and E-mail & problem-solving skills.

Currently we are looking for talented and highly motivated Call Centre Executive(s) to join our dynamic team at TotiCell Ltd. The person will work with our scientists/doctors/health-workers.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls related to patient inquiries and appointments.
  • Provide information about clinic services, doctors’ availability, and appointment scheduling.
  • Assist patients with inquiries about medical procedures, insurance and billing.
  • Resolve patient concerns and escalated issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the clinic’s database.
  • Ensure patient confidentiality and adhere to all healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Coordinate with medical staffs to ensure smooth patient flow and service delivery.
  • Meet personal and team performance targets.
