Job Summary:

Vector Infotech Systems and Networks (BGD) Limited, a leading provider of advanced IT solutions, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing the sales team, and driving revenue growth. The Sales Manager will play a crucial role in achieving our business objectives and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Development:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Create and manage sales budgets and forecasts.

Team Management:
Recruit, train, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance.
Set sales targets and monitor team performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews.

Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Identify and resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively.
Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Business Development:
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capture them.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional activities.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.

Sales Operations:
Oversee the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up on leads.
Prepare and present sales reports and analysis to senior management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
