Education

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance & Banking, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Supply Chain Management

Experience

  • At least 7 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Wholesale, Trading or Export/Import, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company

Additional Requirements

  • Age 35 to 45 years
  • Proven experience in business development, sales management, and operations within the hardware or bathroom fittings industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with decision analytics for procurement.
  • Experience in credit management and risk assessment.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities & Context

Wholesale & Retail Operations Management :

  • Manage the wholesale team across Bangladesh for all the regions.
  • Oversee and expand the retail store operations extensively.
  • Onboard more wholesale & retail clients.

Sales Team and Sales Revenue Management:

  • Oversee and manage the sales team across Bangladesh.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market reach to the entire country.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets for regional and national accounts.

Procurement Management:

  • Manage procurement processes for regional wholesale accounts.
  • Oversee procurement for retail account management, ensuring optimal stock levels and cost efficiency.

Decision Analytics for Procurement:

  • Utilize data analytics to make informed procurement decisions.
  • Implement strategies to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs.
  • Identify & develop more fast moving products

New Product Development:

  • Lead initiatives for new product development to expand product offerings.
  • Identify and capitalize on market opportunities for product and market expansion.

Credit Management:

  • Assess and manage credit risk for the company.
  • Develop and implement credit policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and manage the creditworthiness of customers and clients.

Team Management:

  • Manage and lead teams responsible for logistics, supply chain, sales, and data analytics.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
