Requirements

Education

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from reputed public or private universities.

Experience

• At least 6 years

Additional Requirements

• On hand experience on Solar Power Plant Project will get preference.
• On hand experience in installation, commissioning & SCADA operation.
• Strong interpersonal, communication skill and leadership qualities.
• Strong analytical skills and Ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication skills in verbal and written in English & Bengali and Report Writing.
• Knowledge of Auto CAD.
• Handy in MS Office application, especially Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point.

Responsibilities & Context

Job Context

We are looking for accountable ” Deputy Manager/ Manager, Electrical” to be responsible for Electrical engineering and technical disciplines in our solar power project situated in Lalmonirhat and it’s a sister concern of Paramount Group.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain Material, Installation & Commissioning, Calibration, etc.

• Maintain liaison with PDB, PGCB and BPDB to obtain approval to carry out assigned tasks.
• Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor assigned engineering projects of various vendors.
• Monitor project parameters and assign responsibilities to the most capable employees.
• Perform quality control tasks, schedules, plans, and report on the project’s status.
• Oversee the ongoing electrical engineering tasks and undertake necessary corrective actions.
• Develop specification for the needed equipment.
• Assure necessary maintenance, trouble shooting of power plants.
• Ensure proper maintenance schedule and other plant machinery carried in time.
• Maintain proper documentation process of machine maintenance.
• Develop maintenance plan regarding upcoming maintenance and submit requisition to arrange necessary spare parts.
• Ensure work place safety, procedure and checklist followed for any job.
• Follow company policy in the time of performing any assigned task to ensure cost effectiveness.
• Any other tasks assigned by management.
