Responsibilities & Context
- Ensure daily accounting transactions are being properly done.
- Maintain cash transactions and keep records.
- Check all kinds of bill & Voucher.Prepare and posting of all types of Vouchers.
- Petty Cash monitoring and disbursement.
- Updating the books of accounts on a regular basis.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Internet Browsing.
- Typing skill in both Bangla and English.
- To carry out any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the management.
- Update the record of all forms as necessary.Prepare, examine and analyze bills/invoices, vouchers, accounts receivables, accounts payable, accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy.
