- Estimation & Costing of building project
- Experience of cost estimation (BOQ) in Real Estate Company is preferable
- Contractor billing certification activities in comparison with drawing, site measurment & BOQ
- Physically cheek the re-enforcement of contractors bill
- Estimate the accurate quantity of construction materials as per drawing, design & check the requisition prepared from site
- Use of computer for related works is essential
