Responsibilities & Context
You will efficiently manage procurement of materials from both local and overseas suppliers to meet company requirements, ensuring timely delivery and negotiating competitive prices.
Must be knowledge about Raw Materials Accessories Dyes chemical, Coffin, and Spare parts (Both local and foreign e-sourcing).
Facilitate effective communication for order placement with both local and overseas suppliers, collaborating with the Import team to ensure timely arrival of materials.
You’ll prepare and place purchase orders and Bill of Materials sheets promptly, ensuring coordination with both local and international suppliers.
Coordinate materials orders and work closely with the import team to ensure timely and organized material arrangements.
Ensure that the procurement of materials from both local and overseas suppliers aligns with company requirements and standards, managing payments and shipments while maintaining meticulous records to adhere to standards and enhance procurement processes.
