UCIL is pursuing excellent growth through a motivated & performance driven sales team under two flagship brand named ‘Fresh’ and ‘Meghnacem Deluxe’ & ‘Dhalai Special Cement’. To support continuous growth, currently UCIL is looking for some energetic & skilled personnel to join the sales team. This position deserves someone who is capable to visit potential clients market development.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all aspects of Sales, Planning & Execution for Corporate Clients (For Building Materials).
  • Formulate new and timely strategies and techniques necessary for achieving the sales targets.
  • Analyze sales plans and budget, prioritize tasks/ projects based on business requirements and proper executive within time-frame.
  • Monitor and analyze industry trends and products in the market.
  • Coordinating the activities of a sales team in order to build a healthy and profitable relation with clients and other association.
  • Focus on new customer development as well as retention of the existing clients by regular visit.
  • Ensure growth in sales revenue as well as high levels of client’s satisfaction.
  • Analyze feasibility & financial strength of potential clients and convince them to become permanent clients.
  • Survey and prepare SWOT analysis report of the competitors and suggest for changes in prices and other market promotions.
  • Develop a proper channel in govt. / semi / non-govt. organization and other private organizations to understand market trends and demand patterns.
  • Prepare yearly sales budget and take necessary steps to meet up the yearly budget. Also, provide weekly & monthly sales report to supervisor regarding sales performance.
