Responsibilities & Context

We are looking for a production with excellent administrative and analytical capabilities of production skills to join our 100% Cotton Yarn Manufacturer & Exporter team. Production is expected to examine and compile production reports and be well acquainted with Company regulations.

Responsibilities:

To look after the overall production process of the blended yarn unit.
To determine the target of daily production.
To maintain perfection in forecasting & actual production.
To give proper guidance to the subordinate.
To maintain the quality of the production process.

By way of nursing the maintenance department in a judicious manner:

All plants and machineries. say, Blow Room, Carding, Draw Frame, Rotor, Humidification Plant, Lab Equipment’s, Compressors, All Electrical Components should be serviced on time and very accurately as per standard maintenance schedules.
Regular Maintenance and servicing should be properly tuned to ensure optimum qualitative yarn production as per set target. In case of any abnormal consumption of any item, you must check back the reason to rectify as trouble shooter.
Lubrication on machines and other allied factors must be cost effective and efficient.
You would be required, with the help of your subordinates, to modernize and maintain all essential maintenance and service records (Floor Records) including Log Books covering all departmental functions.
You would be required to device a standard Maintenance Schedule for smooth, regular and trouble-free operation of the project.

Factory Administration functions:

You have to recruit required manpower. In all other administrative requirements, our Factory Administration shall support you with all administrative requirements. Manpower will be recruited as per your recommendation.
