Responsibilities & Context
- Listen and understand the customers’ complaints and provide suitable solutions to customers.Product receive and delivery for servicing.
- Setting appointments and maintaining office decorum accordingly.
- Update and maintain information and program tracking.
- Maintain the general filing system and file up all corespondence.
- Preparation of meetings, office conferences and telephone conferences.
- Willingness to accept the most effective role.
- General administrative and clerical support.
- Receive customer complaints and forward the complaint to the concerned department.
- Handle customers with effective communication skills.
- Provide product information over the phone to customers regarding products & services.
- Maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically.
