Requirements
Education
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
- Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology,Military Institute of Science and Technology (MIST) students will get preference
Experience
- At least 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Engineering Firms
Additional Requirements
- Age at least 34 years
- Proven experience (5-7 years) in factory production.
- Strong understanding of factory production processes. Preference will be given to those having Experience on energy meter manufacturing experience.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Must have excellent analytical, negotiation and leadership skills, Professionalism, Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities & Context
- To lead and manage the production team to ensure quality production and on time delivery.
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and company targets and ensuring compliance.
- Ensure efficient utilization of resources, including labor, equipment and materials to maximize productivity minimizing costs.
- Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to reduce defects, waste and improve productivity and enhance quality.
- Maintain high standards of product quality through stringent quality control measures.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of production workers, including training and development.
- Foster a safe and productive working environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with engineering and R&D teams to introduce new production methods and technologies.
- Oversee inventory levels of raw materials and finished products.
- Ensure excellent co-ordination between production planning and other support functions across the company.
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
- Submit daily report to operations manager about production and any other task assigned by the management.
- Must have working experience on electronic goods manufacturing as per client requirements & specifications.
