We are looking for a talented and skilled storekeeper who will execute our company’s tasks adequately. The storekeeper will report to the head of Procurement and work in coordination with the other designated departments. - Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom
- Receive, unload, and shelve supplies
- Perform other stock-related duties, including returning.
- Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies; report those to accounting for reimbursements and record keeping
- Rotate stock and coordinate the disposal of surpluses
- Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control
- Coordinate the handling of freight, the movement of equipment, and necessary minor repairs
- Receive the goods from suppliers and check whether they meet the requirements mentioned in the purchase order
- Ensure that the materials are stored safely
- To follow-up overall inventory management.
- Taking physical inventory once a month to cross check with the monthly inventory report.
- Any other task assigned by the management.
