𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

  • Organize / Chairman & MD works schedule to maximize their use of time
  • Keep track of daily personal & office schedule as per instruction
  • Ability to speak & writing Fluent English & Bangla
  • Ability to type Bangla & English
  • Handle all phone calls and mail, screening as appropriate to ensure Chairman & MD’s time is used efficiently
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers, and other staff
  • Carrying out background research and presenting findings
  • Arrange meetings and seminars, ensuring as appropriate that participants have all relevant papers in advance and ensuring specifically that the Managing is well prepared for meetings
  • Taking minutes at meetings, transcribe and present back to attendees accurately and in the appropriate format
  • Organizing all Social & Official Functions with keep proper note to maintain proper communication with Chairman & MD.
  • Provide a service that is in line with the Chairman & MD’s work habits and preferences
  • Should have experience to make corporate presentations in PowerPoint
  • Any other task assigned by the authority.
