Responsibilities & Context
Responsibilities:
- Perform Servicing, corrective and preventive maintenance, retrofits, upgrades and system installations of Diagnostic equipment at Hospital or Diagnostic Center.
- Establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Assist Sales Team, Clinical Team and other Field Engineers as needed.
- Promote service contract offerings and assist in selling service agreements to customers within assigned territory.
- Provides timely and accurate documentation on services performed.
- Others tasks given by seniors or team leader.
Workplace: Dhaka (Have to travel frequently outside of Dhaka)
