Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience

  • 2 to 5 years

    Group of Companies, Plastic/ Polymer Industry, Sanitary ware, Tiles/Ceramic, Steel

  • Age 26 to 35 years
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in HR, administrative, or compliance roles within a manufacturing setting or factory environment
  • Strong understanding of labor laws, compliance requirements, and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities & Context

The role of a Senior Officer/Officer – HR plays a vital role in ensuring seamless human resources, administrative, and compliance operations within our AGIL factory. This position supports for maintaining a productive work environment, adhering to legal requirements, and supporting the overall business objectives.

  • Manage & assist in recruitment processes, including candidate screening and interviewing.
  • Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation programs, and sitting arrangements.
  • Manage employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support performance appraisal processes and provide guidance to employees.
  • Oversee office operations, including supplies procurement and maintenance services.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation for staff members.
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and communication on behalf of HR Admin Manager.
  • Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Prepare and update HR policies and employee handbooks as required.
  • Support internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and information.
  • Monitor workplace safety and security protocols, implementing improvements when necessary.
  • Ensure and management work environment and promote employee relations and employee engagements.
  • Work on manpower planning improving employee efficiency.
  • Work on talent management and performance management.
