Responsibilities & Context
Duty_Time: 10 am to 7 pm.
- Communicating with customers.
- Inbound & out bound phone calls.
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Follow up daily information.
- Outdoor marketing/to attend event & Fair
- Smart, Nice Looking and Pleasant personality
- Good command over English and Bengali.
Job Location: Corporate Office (Dhanmondi 3/A, Dhaka).
