Responsibilities & Context
- Handling legal disputes arises by the Employess;
- Safeguarding the intellectual property rights associated with ensuring that the company’s proprietary methods and technologies are protected;
- Contributing to the development and implementation of company policies & Govt. rules according to labour law;
- Moving and assisting the process of all the RMG sector cases before the Dhaka Labor Court;
- Moving all the RMG sector cases before the BGMEA Arbitration Cell;
- Conducting and assisting the process of all the RMG sector cases before the Labor Appellate Tribunal;
- Moving & assisting the process of all the other cases on behalf of the company before the Judge Court & High Court;
- Attending Courts to follow up cases from filing to till disposal;
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the Management.
